The Sweet Estate was founded in Los Angeles, California by a real estate marketing specialist and a film industry professional who recognized a gap in the market for realtors.

Driven by the desire to offer a service that eases the stress and hassle of social media, we harnessed the power of video to help realtors thrive.

With years of expertise in social media marketing and video production, our mission is to help realtors reach their full potential online.

Meet the Founders

Co-Founder

Olivia Cargile

A marketing prodigy, Olivia started as a receptionist in a real estate office and rose through the ranks to become the Director of Marketing for one of California’s top real estate groups at only 22 years old. With a degree from New York University in marketing and psychology and practical experience working with Keller Williams and Compass, Olivia is combining her experience and natural talent to create a new standard for Real Estate marketing in the social media age.

Matthew O'Connor

After working in the film industry for over a decade on projects with clients including Disney, HBO, Madonna, Lizzo, Beyonce and more, Matt turned his attention to the short form social media content, the fastest growing and most influential space in the film industry. Armed with a degree from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and with countless hours of experience working for the biggest clients in the medium, Matt uses his experience and drive to teach clients how to use film to unlock their full potential online.
